ICM ARCHITECTURE

ICM Architectural Studio (pty) ltd was formed in 1999 by Mark Pestana. Associates Johan Booysen and Claude Heyes have joined the practice over the years and each brings their own strengths to a strong core team. The practice is currently located in Randburg, Gauteng.

ICM strives to produce buildings which are not only aesthetically pleasing but functional and economical. With experience of over 20 years icm can offer a functional design approach to aspects of architectural design. ICM specializes in Industrial buildings, Commercial buildings and Motor Dealerships.

We have assisted several individual owners as well as property developers including Abland; Atterbury Properties; Capital Property Fund; Eris Properties; Investec Properties and Ronloth Properties with their developments and pride ourselves on having added value through the design process. The practice has extensive experience in the above fields and is committed to erecting buildings of excellence.
