The Drawing Board represents the exploratory phase of ICM Architectural Studio’s design process, where ideas are shaped, tested and refined before development. This collection of work includes early-stage concepts, feasibility studies and masterplanning explorations across retail, commercial, industrial and mixed-use environments. Each proposal is developed with a focus on spatial potential, strategic intent and market responsiveness, forming the foundation for future architectural direction. Through this process, we explore how built environments can better serve users, support growth and unlock long-term value.
