Clairwood Logistics Park is a landmark industrial redevelopment on the former Clairwood Racecourse site, south of Durban. Our practice was involved from inception to completion, leading the master planning, project management, and architectural implementation of this multi-phase development. Initiated in the mid-2010s, the project has transformed a historically significant but underutilised precinct into a contemporary, large-scale logistics hub, combining A-grade warehousing with robust infrastructure. The result is a cohesive, future-focused logistics park that sets a new benchmark for industrial architecture while driving urban regeneration and economic growth in the region.
